SafetyCulture

2024 - 2025

SafetyCulture is a global technology company that empowers workplaces to drive daily improvements across their organization through its mobile-first operations platform. In my role as Junior Brand Designer, I produced high-quality brand materials across a range of digital and physical touchpoints. As part of the design team I was responsible for all internal and external deliverables, including social media content, advertisements, website visuals, presentation decks and assets for internal events.

Working in a fast-paced, agile environment, I balanced long-term projects with daily ticketed requests from departments across the business. A key focus of my role was ensuring consistent application of brand guidelines across all assets. I achieved this through the disciplined use of typography, colour, imagery, and overall design style. This consistency reinforced brand recognition and maintained visual cohesion across all customer-facing materials.

I regularly collaborated with cross-functional teams to produce content that aligned with business objectives and appealed to target audiences. Notably, I contributed to the development of product explainer videos by assisting the in-house VX team. My responsibilities included working with product marketers in storyboarding, designing style frames with product-accurate graphics, and preparing Adobe Illustrator files for the animator. In this process balancing clarity, brand alignment and user comprehension were paramount.

In addition to customer-facing projects, I designed collateral for internal company events, developing a unique brand identity for each. I prioritised visual impact and concise messaging to catch staff member’s attention and clearly convey the purpose of the event. This is demonstrated in my designs for the 2024 Treely walking challenge, which used a vivid colour palette of green and orange, and playful tree illustrations to reflect the fun nature of the initiative. This brand identity was used across posters and physical assets to drive awareness and participation.
